Primary Energy Recycling is a publicly held U.S. company owned by a SDCL, a London-based investment firm with a proven track record of investing in energy efficiency and decentralized generation projects in the United States, Europe and Asia, with total energy efficient and decentralized energy portfolio (assets under management) over US$1 billion. SDCL has raised several first of a kind energy efficiency investment vehicles since 2012 with over 40 investments successfully closed, involving tens of thousands of international clients, and these vehicles are on track to reach their target investment returns.
